Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC in Kansas is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across the Sky Terrace community. You will assist the Service Manager with ongoing maintenance programs to keep the property safe and well-maintained.

Candidates should have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the community preservation and preventive maintenance program.
