Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking an Maintenance Technician II for the Leigh Meadows community in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on timely maintenance across appliances, carpentry, plumbing, A/C and electrical systems, under the supervision of the Service Manager.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, an A/C Certification Type II or Universal, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• One year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
