Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join the team at Trailwood Crossing Apartments. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties to maintain the property and support the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, timely service requests, emergency response, and assisting with resident functions. Must have 1 year apartment maintenance, A/C Type II, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible on-call

Qualifications

• One year of apartment maintenance experience required.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
