Job summary

Mayfair Management Group seeks a motivated maintenance professional to join our apartment community. You will handle grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance, ensuring the physical integrity of the property and timely communication with residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have basic knowledge in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances, Make-readies, and A/C, and can work as part of a team to keep the community safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Must have basic understanding of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electrical, appliances, make-readies, and A/C.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to write legibly and clearly. Ability to communicate with residents and other employees.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community including grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Support maintenance tasks across physical grounds, systems, and resident-related needs.

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department.

Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and A/C experience.
