Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our property maintenance team in El Paso, TX. You will perform a range of tasks to keep the apartment community safe, functional, and attractive, including preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.

A basic understanding of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and some A/C experience is required. You will own your basic tools and work on weekends, on-call shifts, and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance knowledge across carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and simple correspondence.
• Ability to communicate with residents and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community's physical integrity.
• Handle preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance for the property.
• Maintain grounds and perform custodial tasks as needed.

Maintenance Technician II

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department.

Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and some A/C experience.
