Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is hiring a maintenance technician in Midlothian, TX to set up, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair conveyors, robotics, and related equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Under limited supervision, you will perform preventive maintenance, document work in CMMS, and contribute to safety and uptime.

Requires 3 years of related experience, high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in repairing and maintaining conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.
• Basic computer skills including Excel; familiarity with CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed; act as escalation point for junior technicians.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain logs for facility systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance mechanics and with building projects as needed.
• Assemble and test equipment to verify operation; analyze production delays and corrective actions.
