Medline Industries, LP in Midlothian, TX is seeking a highly skilled maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and document all activities, while mentoring junior staff and supporting capital projects as needed.
The role requires 5 years of equipment repair experience, forklift proficiency, and PLC understanding, with willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes.
Formación
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree preferred in mechatronics or related field
- 5 years' experience with forklift, conveyors and general equipment maintenance
- Experience troubleshooting complex equipment and PLC systems
Responsabilidades
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, escalate to leadership as needed
- Document all maintenance activities in CMMS and related logs
- Mentor junior technicians and assist on complex tasks
- Support building project work and space renovations as required
