Job summary

You will complete tasks within 24 hours, handle on-call requests, and use Yardi for work orders. A valid driver’s license is required; expect on-site work with exposure to varied weather and environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Beginner to intermediate skills in two or more basic trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair).
• Ability to operate basic tools and small machinery.
• Strong communication with coworkers, managers, vendors, and residents.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to regional locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Assist in two or more trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care).
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Handle on-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Maintain and update service requests using a mobile system.
• Follow safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
