Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and improve residential homes within a military housing community. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards in occupied homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of residential, facilities, or maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work orders.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on residential homes, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and system issues to determine repair solutions.
• Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance calls promptly and professionally.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory using company systems.
