Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to set up, troubleshoot, repair and maintain conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment under limited supervision. You will document work in CMMS, perform root cause analysis, and support facility operations with travel up to 10%.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in a related field, and an ability to read drawings, use Excel, and operate MHE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience repairing/maintaining conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment
• Proficient in reading drawings and schematics
• Familiar with CMMS and ticketing systems
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time (within state and out of state)
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair out-of-service equipment; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain operation logs for critical facility systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of downtime events and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with facility/building project work and support night/over-time shifts as required.
