Job summary

Medline Industries is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to set up, troubleshoot, and repair conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment. You will document work in CMMS, analyze downtime, and support building projects as needed.

The role involves travel up to 10% and requires a high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience. Preferred associates degree in Mechatronics/EE/ME/HVAC and familiarity with PLC logic, Excel, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
Fundamental understanding of machinery and equipment.
Experience with PLC logic systems and ability to troubleshoot.
Proficiency in routine documentation in CMMS and ticketing systems.
Willing to travel up to 10% of the time (within state and out of state).

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
Troubleshoot out of service equipment and escalate to leadership as needed.
Document work in CMMS and maintain operation logs for facility systems.
Conduct root cause analysis of major downtime events.
Assist with multi-person tasks and facility/building project work as assigned.
Assemble and test equipment to verify operation and analyze production delays.
