Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to efficiently perform maintenance for Verde Vue apartment community in Savannah, GA. You will handle carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks and ensure timely completion of service requests.

The role includes installing locks and contributing to preventive maintenance and safety programs. The position offers career progression, competitive market pay, bonus opportunities, and benefits such as health coverage and retirement

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Team player and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing community preservation and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain company safety standards.
