Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the Legacy Heights community in Colorado. You will perform carpentry, electrical, painting and plumbing tasks, install and repair locks, and ensure service requests are completed promptly to keep the community welcoming and safe.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
