Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at Vista Haven in Sanford, FL. You will perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing duties to maintain the community and ensure timely completion of service requests.

You’ll install, repair and rekey deadbolt locks; participate in the preventive maintenance program; and help uphold safety standards. A flexible schedule and reliable transportation are required; high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Team player and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
