Job summary

Highmark Residential in Memphis seeks a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting tasks across the apartment community, ensuring timely and quality service.

You will install and repair deadbolt locks, participate in preventive maintenance, and support safety standards while working with a team and a flexible schedule. Eligible employees gain benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and self-starter.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed promptly.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and safety programs.
