Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and appliance duties at an apartment community. You will install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks and ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.

We value punctuality, dependability, teamwork and experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance. This role requires a valid driver's license and flexibility for on-call as needed; enjoy benefits including health insurance,
