Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance duties at an apartment community.

You will install and repair deadbolt locks, ensure timely completion of service requests, and contribute to preventive maintenance programs while upholding safety standards.

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable self-starter with a team mindset.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
