Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at Trailwood Crossing in North Carolina. You will perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing tasks, install and repair deadbolt locks, and ensure service requests are completed promptly.

Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable, and self-starting with experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule and on-call hours. We value teamwork and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
