Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the Desert Eagle apartment community. You will perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing tasks, install and rekey deadbolt locks, and ensure service requests are completed promptly.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be punctual and dependable, a self-starter, and a team player with experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
