Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at Glen Oaks in Florida. The role involves performing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks, with responsibilities to install and rekey locks and ensure timely completion of service requests.

You will participate in the community preservation program, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with a team to support residents and daily operations at the apartment community.

Qualifications

• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter; reliable in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in make-readies and apartment maintenance is required or preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
