Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Legacy Heights to perform carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, and appliance upkeep across the community.

You will install and rekey deadbolt locks, ensure timely completion of service requests, and participate in the ongoing preservation and preventive maintenance program while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Team player.
