Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for The Aster Conservatory Green in Denver. You will be responsible for performing skilled maintenance across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance tasks to keep the apartment community running smoothly.

Responsibilities include installing and rekeying deadbolt locks, addressing service requests promptly, and supporting the community preservation and preventive maintenance programs while upholding safety standards.

Compensation

$21.00 -$24.00 an hour
