Job summary

The Cove at Boynton Beach is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, electrical, painting and plumbing tasks across the apartment community. You will install and rekey deadbolt locks, ensure timely completion of service requests, and contribute to ongoing preservation and preventive maintenance programs.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, be punctual, dependable, and a team player capable of flexible hours and on-call duties.

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work flexible schedule & on-call as required.

Responsibilities
