Job summary

Highmark Residential’s The Cove at Boynton Beach is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing and related duties across the apartment community.

You’ll install and repair deadbolt locks, ensure timely completion of service requests, and take part in the community preservation and preventive maintenance program while upholding safety standards. A high school diploma and a reliable driver are expected.

Qualifications

• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• You’re a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
