Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Cove at Boynton Beach. You will perform appliance, carpentry, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties, and support the Service Manager in daily community operations.

You should have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, be punctual and a team player, with a valid driver’s license and an A/C certification Type II or Universal.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and on time.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs and respond to emergencies.
• Assist with resident events and uphold community standards.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and preservation programs.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
