Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Cove at Boynton Beach to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical tasks across the community. You will support the Service Manager and ensure timely completion of service requests, while participating in preventive maintenance and community preservation efforts.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, an A/C Certification Type II or Universal, and a valid driver’s

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
