Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems across the apartment community. You will install new appliances as needed and ensure resident service orders are completed in a timely fashion.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to multitask. On-call availability and a valid driver’s license may be required; HVAC certifications and EPA

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies may be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Role may require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior property curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
