Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical, and to install appliances as needed.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills; HVAC certifications and a valid driver's license are preferred. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed timely.
• Maintain exterior property for curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
