Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical at the apartment community. The role includes completing resident service orders timely and maintaining curb appeal.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, HVAC knowledge with HVAC/EPA certifications preferred, and strong communication. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Role MAY require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical) and install appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly.
• Maintain property exterior for clean, acceptable curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
