Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical. Responsibilities include timely completion of resident service orders and maintaining curb appeal on the property.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a HS diploma or equivalent, and HVAC knowledge with EPA Type I/II certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Must be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Role may require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical), including installing new appliances.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Assist in maintaining exterior curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
