Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our residential property team in New Bern, NC. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems, install appliances, and maintain exterior curb appeal to keep residents satisfied.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. EPA Type I & II or HVAC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience or more required.
• HVAC systems troubleshooting and repair knowledge.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred; EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems.
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and perform general property upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
