Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in the United States is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems across our apartment communities. You will help maintain curb appeal and support resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, HVAC knowledge with certifications preferred, a high school diploma, strong communication, multitasking ability, and lift up to 50 lbs; on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC knowledge with certification strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call after hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• This role may require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed in a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
