Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems across our apartment communities. The role requires robust hands-on skills and a proactive approach to service requests.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and HVAC knowledge with EPA Type I & II certificates preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC knowledge; EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems across the apartment community.
• Install new appliances as needed and ensure resident service orders are completed on time.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to preserve curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
