Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across an apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work. You will install appliances and ensure service requests are completed promptly while maintaining curb appeal.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification(s) preferred.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Role MAY require a valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
