Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs. You will install appliances and help maintain curb appeal while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. HVAC certification is preferred, EPA Type I & II certifications are a plus, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred; EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community: plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly.
• Assist in maintaining the property's exterior for curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
