Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities nationwide. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems, install appliances, and help maintain curb appeal.

We value reliability, clear communication, and the ability to work independently and with teams. This on-site role requires 1 year of related experience and being on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC troubleshooting with preferred HVAC certification.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment systems including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Maintain exterior of the property for curb appeal.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
