Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our residential communities. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems, and install appliances as needed.

Join a team focused on timely service delivery, safety compliance, and maintaining curb appeal across properties. Candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience and a HS diploma, with HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems troubleshooting and repair skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical in the apartment community. Install new appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service orders promptly.
• Maintain exterior property to ensure curb appeal.
• Follow OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
