Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at our residential communities. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems to keep interiors comfortable and safe.

A minimum of 1 year related experience and a high school diploma are required; EPA Type I/II certifications are a plus. We value reliability, clear communication, and the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• HVAC system troubleshooting and repair experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and be available for after-hours on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
• Ensure resident service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior for curb appeal and safety compliance.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
