Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Carrollton, TX to perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems on apartment communities.

Responsibilities include timely completion of resident service orders and maintaining curb appeal, with on-call availability and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. HVAC knowledge and related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience required.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
