Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Texas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry systems, install appliances, and support residents with timely service requests.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and be on-call for after-hours emergencies is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills; HVAC cert preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment systems including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical; install appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service orders promptly.
• Maintain exterior for curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
