Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, Texas is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems in our apartment communities.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, HVAC troubleshooting skills, and EPA Type I/II certifications are preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Assist in maintaining exterior curb appeal and property condition.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
