Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical work. You will install appliances as needed and ensure service orders are completed promptly.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, strong HVAC knowledge, and excellent communication. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and HVAC knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Role may require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed in a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining exterior property curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
