Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our apartment communities. You will troubleshoot and repair systems including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical, while installing appliances as needed.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, HVAC knowledge, and certifications. You should possess strong verbal and written communication, multitask effectively, and be available for after-hours emergencies. A driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related experience.
• HVAC knowledge and certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies; may require valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment systems (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical) and install appliances.
• Complete resident service orders promptly.
• Maintain exterior for curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
