Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and maintenance across apartment communities. The role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry with a focus on safety and quality service.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while following safety guidelines. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are assets for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC system troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Role may require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Assist in maintaining property exterior for clean, attractive curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
