Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair a range of building systems across our apartment communities. You will install appliances, service requests, and help maintain curb appeal, while following safety protocols and company standards.

The ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge with a preference for HVAC certifications, a minimum of one year of related experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong troubleshooting and HVAC repair knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical issues throughout the apartment community; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior upkeep to preserve curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety/environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
