Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its residential property management team. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems and install appliances as needed.

Work includes ensuring resident service orders are completed promptly, maintaining curb appeal, complying with OSHA and safety laws, and supporting a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical) and install appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service orders promptly.
• Maintain exterior of property for curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
