Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems in our apartment communities. The role supports timely service orders, exterior upkeep, and compliance with safety regulations.

On-call duties may be required, with opportunities for career growth and competitive benefits. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of related maintenance experience, strong HVAC knowledge, and certifications (EPA I/II

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience required.
• HVAC systems troubleshooting and repair expertise preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred; HVAC certs highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical in the apartment community; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Help maintain exterior property curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Follow OSHA, health and safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
