Vivmark Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support Rockville, MD properties. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems to ensure high-quality living experiences for residents.

The role requires 2-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for on-call rotation. You will join a safety-conscious team dedicated to excellence and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents.
• Ability to read and understand policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
• Complete service requests promptly and in line with standards.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Perform turnkey work as required and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Assist in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Perform hot works (braze, solder, weld) per standards.
