Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems across our apartment communities. The role requires hands-on problem solving, reliable collaboration, and a commitment to safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and respond to after-hours emergencies. Base pay is competitive and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting/repair knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical across the apartment community.
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior of the property to preserve curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
