Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of maintenance/repair methods and safety rules.
• Ability to organize work and solve maintenance problems efficiently.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate tools.
• Stamina to squat, bend, reach, climb stairs and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and provide upkeep for assigned homes, buildings, grounds, vehicles and equipment.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Perform carpentry, electrical, painting and drywall repairs as needed.
• Coordinate and perform snow and ice removal in winter with the Maintenance Director.
• Drive agency vehicles to properties and report major repair needs.
• Attend scheduled IHR meetings and follow safety policies.
